Help! I can't find the checkbox to get an exception for Product ID.
I've been trying to figure out how to apply for a Product ID exception for some time now. I found the instructions, but when I try to complete step 3 (Next, select the I don't have a Product ID checkbox and click Continue. If an exemption is required the ‘GTIN exemption application’ link will surface.), I can't find the "I don't have a Product ID" checkbox. Without this, I cannot get my ASIN. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
