Amazon AI Run Amok - Accused of Seed Listings
I dont know what to do. Amazon is sending messages of hundred plus items threatening to delist them because they are:
This product has been identified as a live plant or seed product that is listed outside of the SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED categories.
WE DO NOT SELL SEEDS OR SEED PRODUCTS! We sell Pond and Fountain Equipment and non of our products have anything to do with seeds or growing.
I dont know what to do and these keep flooding in. They say I can appeal each one but surely there is some way to stop this without spending countless hours fighting with an AI Bot run amok?
We spend more time trying to jump through needless hoops than we ever do selling products. Any ideas are most welcome.

Faced the same issue simply create appeal and put down your ASINS list and your issue will be resolved. I recovered all my listings from this error only 3 are in verification which will be recovered as well

I too recived this notice and as soon as I seen the ISBN it was deja vu all over again. My case started off with a pricing policy notice which transformed itself into 3 or 4 other directions within a months time, I opened several cases, had a couple multi-hour phone calls, chatted and messaged Amazon all to no avail, Seller Support was sending me to Account Health and Account Health was sending me back to Seller Support with both telling me that it wasn't their teams responsibilty, neither of whom understood the problem and if they did understand it wasn't their teams problem, so I let it languish with all the other phony problems Amazon created or refuses to help get rid of. I 've had cases on here too where mods request a case number and tell me they'll have it all investigated all to naught, only to "add another log to the fire".
First Amazon creates problems and then the problem spirals out of control, and by the time you try explaining the unexplainable to Amazon, their cut and paste answers didn't work because they either would not or did not or understand the problem I was dealing with created by them in the first place, only to be told, in so many words, "we don't know what, why or how this is happening, but you're on youe own."
"Your explanation should include how the listings have not violated our Restricted Products policies."
but it is not on my Accoiunt Health page, so how do I appeal it?

Yes, I sell rocks and they shut down my listings because I'm not approved to sell food, pharmacy products, some are shirts and require material and sleeve length, many are classed as wall art. Stupid stupid stupid stupid. How much money is Amazon losing because they are too cheap to hire an actual person who has an actual brain to look at the complaint and approve corrections. Stupid

I have 4 alerts of this... each one is for an all metal wine bottle holder. Went and double checked the title and listings thinking it was in the middle of being hijacked... but nothing at all I saw to trigger the bots.

It took them several days but we did not have to appeal each listing and they sent the below message. Looks like they are working through the issues in their program!
You recently received an email titled “Immediate action required: Listing(s) at risk of removal” and a related notice on your Account Health page that you were required to make changes to listings for live plant and seed products.
You can disregard these notifications, as they were sent to products outside of the plant and seed category as the result of a technical error. The error has been resolved, and no action is needed from you. We’ve reversed all related remedial actions, and all outstanding appeal requests will be closed.
If your listing is still affected by this error, go to Account Health to submit a new appeal request.
We apologize for the error and for the inconvenience this may have caused.
