100+ Days Amazon Ads Suspended, Support wont tell me how to fix it

Over a 100 Days ago my Amazon Ads were suspended due to "suspicious activity" because I changed my payment method for ads multiple times. I have been trying to contact support to get this resolved but I get the same automated response.

My account health is perfect and I am in compliance with all Amazon Ads Policies and/or Terms & Conditions. What am I suppose to do from here? How am I suppose to fix something if they don't give me a solution to the problem. I was spending 15-20k a month in ads before. I am able to advertise in Canada but not the US? How does that make sense.

See below response that they keep giving me.

Your account is not in compliance with Amazon Ads Policies and/or Terms & Conditions, and cannot be reinstated at this time.
