Amazon has made it clear that in cases of inauthentic complaints, the ONLY way forward is to resolve the issue with proper documentation, including but not limited to valid invoices.
They will not accept any sort of plan for moving forward if you cannot resolve the issues. Since you don't have even an invoice, you have no way forward. There are no second chances on Amazon.
Better luck on future ventures. Make sure that you learn the rules BEFORE you get caught breaking them.
