I want to Close my Amazon Account

I want to Close my Amazon Account but unable to do it. Any moderator who can help me close my account. My Account is deactivated since one year and I don't want to reactivate it again.

You cannot close an account unless it is in good standing. If it is deactivated, you will need to resolve whatever issued caused the deactivation before you can close it.

Or you can just walk away (make sure you are on the individual plan, so there are no charges).

In any case do not create a second account. that one will also be suspended immediately.

The message you received regarding the wrong location would likely hint that there's something preventing that request from going through. You can also confirm this information on our close your account help page in seller central.

Has there been any notifications regarding the deactivation of the account? How long ago did you stop selling, were you asked to verify information?
