Agent Complain
I would like to file a complain for these 2 lady call support agents
1: Prasanur
2: Jnathi.
Prasanur promised me that I will get a email confirmation that I will be contacted by feed time VIA call, I asked her to send me a email that I will get a call neither I recived the call or confirmation email from her.
Jnathi stop responding to me as soon I said to her give me in writing that amazon is not able to resolve my quesrry for the past 17 days and they are still investigating it, She did not gave that to me in writing and I wasted those 20 minutes on call.
I would like to raise this case to the higher authoritrtes as this not how you can just stop responding or end the call on customer support.

You will probably get more help here if you post your question. The only "in writing" response you will ever get is in their copy and paste emails.
