Reactivated account asking for Business Info - No longer have
I recently reactivated a dormant account. Everything looked good and I received a message that said my account was reactivated. After listing items, I noticed they weren't showing up for sale on Amazon. I checked my account info, and it is still asking me to reactivate my account again. The issue is they are asking for business information on the page to submit to verify, but I no longer have that business that used when I registered my account, so I will no longer be using that business name or "company registration number". The field for "Business Information" is not able to be left blank in order to proceed. I've attached a message from Seller Central from my account info page below. I've uploaded all other documentation correctly for the "Primary Contact Information". In the message I received on Account Info it says "Business License, if applicable". It's no longer applicable, so is anyone aware of how to fix this? I've called support, they had no idea how to fix it, needed to be sent to another department that only communicates through email. Endless loop. Thanks for any help!
