I wanted to check here to see if anyone had any advice or see something that I am missing when it comes to winning buy box. I totally understand that buy box is not guaranteed to anyone but buy box keeps dropping off for some of my listings and I cannot figure out why. It has been happening since June 1st,

Let me give you the run down,

• The listing is both FBA and FBM
• We the lowest price
• We have the most inventory at amazon (sometimes thousands of units more than others on our listings)
• We have more reviews as a seller
• We have a higher seller rating
• Our Account health is perfect
• Our customer service (FBM) states are perfect

• Our average buy box percentage for the month of May is 98%

Again, totally understand that buy box is never a guaranteed thing but maybe I am missing a key point that could be impacting our listings so suddenly and randomly. Any tips you would like to share would be awesome!
