Why is My Developer.Amazon Account is Disabled?

Hello My developer account is disabled and I am not sure why this has happened. I am the premium customer of AWS. I am also using your AWS premium services past 7 years or more. I need your help in activating my developer services account. Can you please help me activate my developer account and help me solve this problem? I have really struggled fast many months to get this activated.
