Change listing title - Help from Amazon team please

Is there anyone from Amazon that can help?
We have been trying to change the title of a listing for several days. We opened a support ticket, sent our suggestions, made the requested changes.
and now we are at a point where we receive answers that don't make any sense at all, such as "existence of sexual words" in the title and other completely meaningless reasons.
It seems like we are receiving responses from bots, because the answers they send us don't make any sense at all.
It's incredible that changing the title of a listing is so difficult and with so many obstacles on Amazon's part...

A title can not be changed, especially not the brand or the object. You can remove words, or add one "unimportant" word sometimes. But you cannot make a sock become a shoe.

As long as you aren't trying to change the title to represent a different product, you should be able to do it via a flat file upload. Have you tried that?

Thank you for reaching out with your interest in changing your product title. In general a product title can be changed but it still needs to align with the original product and brand. In addition any changes still must remain aligned with the Product Title Requirements.
