Malicious copyright infringement complaint - no action despite filing DMCA counternotice 1 month ago

Does anyone know of next steps to address a malicious copyright infringement complaint? Complaint copied my listing text and pictures onto a Chinese shopping website and then said I infringed on their copyright. Now the complaint's website URLs are not even valid anymore.

I filed a DMCA counter-notice on 4/3/23 and Amazon replied on 4/6/23 and 4/7/23 that they have received my counter-notice and will reinstate my listing in 10 business days but reinstatement has not occurred despite waiting over 16 business days or 24 calendar days.

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/202017130 states that Amazon will reinstate in 10 days but they have not. What should I do? Can anyone research this and get my listing activated?

I looked through the case ID provided and although no resolution is provided yet, I noticed that the ASIN in question has been reinstated and is currently active on Amazon.com. 31 of the 37 SKU's are live.
