Cannot use a+ contents for my book in seller central and KDP
i have been trying to use a+ content for my hard cover book ( not published through KDP) in seller central and apparently you cannot run campaigns and use a+ contents for book category - I already had the author central and kdp accounts (I have the kindle versions there which are already linked to the Author) so tried to use those accounts for A+ contents but still didn't allow me to use it in the last step saying your hard cover book is not linked to kdp account
I tried to claim it using "Add a book " but it didn't find it ( it doesn't show Australia marketplace for some reason)
i have contacted KDP and seller central support team and they are not giving me a clear answer ( each telling me you should talk to the other !!!😔) and when you create a ticket they are just sending you some generic answers and they close the ticket (very frustrating!!😞)
can someone help me please ? I'd be so grateful!
Funnily enough I can run campaigns using the Author central but cannot use A+ contents !!!

It is likely an issue with the product being not properly tied to your KDP account (to reflect ownership) but I will need more details to investigate further. Thank you for your understanding.
