Attention Amazon Sellers: Unexpected Account Suspension Due to Address Verification Issues and the INFORM Consumers Act!
Hello everyone,
I would like to share my recent experience with Amazon and find out if anyone else has encountered a similar situation. My seller account was temporarily suspended due to address verification issues, despite my numerous attempts to resolve this problem. My case number is 13412692821.
Today, I received an email from Amazon titled "[Action Required] Your Amazon seller account has been temporarily suspended due to non-compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act". This was unexpected, given that I was actively working on resolving the verification issue.
During a phone conversation with Amazon's support service, I was assured that my account would not be blocked. However, despite this, my account was still suspended.
I have approached the support service with a request to lift the suspension of my account while we work on resolving these verification issues. I am currently awaiting their response.

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions from the community. Perhaps some of you have encountered a similar situation and can share your experience.

Did you send the info using jpg or pdf files that can't be altered? Those are the 'preferred' types and seem to have the best success.

Hello Everyone,
I'm back here again with a massive update regarding the saga of my Amazon seller account deactivation. 🎢 It's been a whole two weeks since I first shared my frustrations here, and, to be honest, the situation has gotten worse. Everything seems to be getting murky in various processes and promises.
The issue with the error still hasn't been resolved. My trusty case number, 13412692821, has become more familiar to me than my own reflection in the mirror. 🙄
And now, the most important part: three weeks ago, when the numbers 13412692821 first saw the light of day, I had a conversation with Amazon's support team, and they assured me that my account wouldn't be suspended. But guess what? I was deceived.
I realized this when I received an email from Amazon with the subject line "[Action Required] Your Amazon seller account has been temporarily suspended due to non-compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act."
And the cherry on top – Amazon is happily sending me invoices for stock storage, and I can't make sales or withdraw funds since my account is blocked!

I wanted to share my ongoing experience with Amazon and see if anyone else has faced a similar situation. It's been a month since I first encountered an issue with my seller account, and unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged.
My account was deactivated due to address verification issues, and despite numerous attempts to communicate with the support team and resolve the matter (case id 13412692821), I'm still unable to make sales. What's even more concerning is the lack of concrete actions or solutions from Amazon's side. I have an open case regarding this, but there seems to be no progress.
I understand that errors can occur, but a month without a clear resolution or even an understanding of the issue seems unacceptable. This is not only affecting my current sales but also my reputation on the platform. On top of this, Amazon continues to charge storage fees, doesn't allow me to withdraw my funds, and provides no clear guidance on what steps to take next.
If any of you have faced a similar situation or have any advice on resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Friends, for over a month now, I've been unable to sell on Amazon due to a verification issue with my account. It seems my listing has vanished into thin air, and every day I'm losing money. Amazon continues to charge me storage fees even though I can't sell my product.
I've reached out to Amazon's Seller Support multiple times, but despite their assurances of addressing the issue, nothing has changed. The error indicating an incorrect address has disappeared from my account, and I've asked them to restart the process of sending a postcard with a verification code. Yet, I've received no response.
Every day of waiting is costing me in losses. This not only affects my current sales but also tarnishes my reputation on the Amazon platform.
It seems Amazon Support is ignoring my pleas, and unfortunately, this forum also hasn't provided a solution. I hope someone here can help or offer advice on how to handle this situation.

Friends, I want to share the latest news regarding my issue with Amazon. Despite my numerous appeals, I have yet to receive a response from Amazon's Seller Support. They keep saying, "wait, and we will resolve the issue," but I've been waiting for over a month now. It's unclear what exactly I'm supposed to be waiting for, as Amazon provides no timelines, solutions, or any specific information.
Firstly, I received a notification that my product will be returned to me on 30.09.23. This is causing additional problems and financial losses for my business.
Secondly, I was surprised by the mention of a military conflict. I was informed that the suspension of my account is related to a military conflict, even though I'm from Ukraine. I'm utterly perplexed as to how this could be related to me.
If the situation doesn't change, my next step will be to write a letter directly to Bezos's office. I hope for your understanding and a swift resolution to this situation. If anyone has experience in resolving such issues or has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate your help.
