Fake order from the same pincode too many times
We have been receiving orders from the same pincode Jaipur 302029 every week and every time we sent the product the order gets returned and most times its something else. This is happening since past 2 months and we have raised more than 10 suspicious orders from the same pincode but still amazon has not solved any of the issue and has still not blocked orders from this pincode. We never get a reply from amazon and the team always says the case is transferred but no one helps us and all cases are just left pending. Due to no response we have to ship the order unfortunately as it will affect our metric and the same order gets replacement or returns. It is seriously affecting our inventory and business. Amazon has behaved very unprofessional in this matter and has not helped us in this. Very dissapointed by the support team. What is the use of reporting a suspicious order when there is never an action taken on it. Please help us in cancelling orders from our end without affecting our metrics. Thanks.
