Unfair Negative Feedback by customer which raised ODR.
The customer with order id 702-1852909-5432250 has given negative feedback saying Not telling me where to return to.
This is totally unfair since when a customer opens return request and it is authorised the return address is clearly mentioned.
Also we have tried multiple times to communicate with the customer on messages but he has not responded.
As a seller what is our fault since the buyer doesn’t reply and has left a negative feedback which has raised ODR and affected our account health.
We have also tried to spoke yo amazon seller support team but no response from them which is very sad to see and we have also proofs that we have tried to communicate with the customer but if the customer does not reply what can a seller do?

For these instances, what we recommend is to follow the help page Resolve or respond to buyer feedback. The section Respond to buyer feedback states "If you work with a buyer to resolve a situation, but the buyer decides not to remove or modify negative feedback, you may choose to post a response on the website, which is displayed on the Amazon website. In your posting, you can explain how you worked to correct the problem. Your response won't change your feedback rating, but other buyers will be able to read your explanation when they see the buyer's feedback."
