Unable to charge
Hello sellers.
I'm facing a big problem. Use my bank VISA card (valid for Amazon) to pay for the Amazon professional account. Last month I paid as much as possible, this month they couldn't charge the amount to my card, I called VISA where they told me it was already authorized. Yesterday I tried to pay the fee and Amazon keeps saying unable to charge. I opened a case where they told me to delete the card and add it again. I deleted the card and when I want to add it, Amazon says there was an error, to verify the card data (when the card data is written perfectly) and now it won't let me add the card for 24 hours. I have deactivated my account, but I receive emails every day that I am selling. Now I don't know if because of this Amazon is going to pay me or not. I don't know what to do to solve it.

Hello there, my name is CR and would like to see if I could get you some information here.
Can you confirm that the card you are referring to is an actual credit card? Not bank issued debit card tied to your checking account, but a standalone credit card that you had to apply for?
Additionally, have you opened a case with Seller Support on this? If you explain in depth what is happening, they should be able to provide you with some guidance there as well. If you have already opened a case, please provide that below and I'd be happy to take a further look there into your specific issue and review any correspondence provided.
I'll hang tight here for your reply.
