FBA Unfulfillable Inventory Removal Without Packing SLip and the wrong item was sent back to me

I got a package back from the AMZ warehouse that was unfililable inventory. Usually there is a packing slip inside the box but there is no packing slip inside the box and the item I received back is not an item I have ever sold in my store. All I have is the tracking number, label and a barcode on the side of the box. I tried calling seller support to get information on how to request a reimbursement but the rep was horrible and told me that since there is no packing slip inside the box I can't request for a refund. The warehouse messed up and didn't put the packing list inside the box. I need help from a mod or someone so I can get this issue fixed because the customer support I received was terrible!

Hello @Seller_XJ5fPXK82lIHl, I would suggest creating a new request. When filing a removals claim, you must provide the following information and documents:

  • Amazon removal order ID
  • Shipment ID and active tracking ID or proof of delivery, which the carrier can confirm from the packing slip
  • ASINs/FNSKUs and quantities affected
  • LPN number
  • Images of the affected units
  • Images of the affected units' product packaging
  • Images of the shipping box

You can enter the removal order ID in the linked help page above to check your eligibility and file a claim. Let me know if you run into any issues.
