Buying shipping for orders and noticed an order for Canada
discussion.i have a marketplace in Canada in which I have 0 inventory. This is the first time this has happened but I just receivedan order being shipped to Canada. How is this possible? Shipping cost is way too high for it be worth it so I am considering canceling the order. I also read some where that sellers don't like to ship to Canada because of customs and orders being sent back. How do I avoid this in the future?

If this is FBA, Amazon is unilaterally enrolling thousands of US sellers in their remote fulfillment program for the Americas. You need to opt out.
Search for "Remote Fulfillment with FBA" on Seller Central, select "Marketplace Enrollment" and then disable those other three markets using the checkboxes and click "Update."
If it's FBM, go into your active shipping templates and disable international orders. Not worth the hassle.
