Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
There was another post by someone today using an UNauthorized distributor and they are suspended. Probably permanently.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

So are you stating that you have a Letter of Authorization FROM THE BRAND stating that YOU are allowed to sell their products on Amazon? If not, then you most likely are NOT authorized to sell on Amazon.
"Authentic retailers", if there even is such a thing, is NOT a proper source for items, doubly so for anything that is gated.

LOL.
Oh wait; you're SERIOUS!!??
No, you have no way of knowing 100% for sure that what you purchase at Target is "authentic". Sure, perhaps 99.9%; that's not good enough. Regardless, you don't get an invoice at Target; you get a receipt.
You don't need brand authorization, until you do. Then if you don't have it, you're banned for life.
You're correct. NONE of them have authorization. That's why several of them will post here EVERY WEEK that they've been suspended.
The gating for Nike seems to be a new thing; just a couple of weeks ago, it seemed like it was quite easy, people would list, then after a week or so, Nike would complain, they would get a notice, and their account suspended, with no way back.
If you're trying to sell Nike, or Adidas, or UnderArmor, and can't get ungated, count yourself lucky. You at least have a chance to sell on Amazon in the future, although I would recommend going through Seller U first, then spend at least a couple of weeks reading the forums.

Good Afternoon @Seller_32Wt29CtpONQa, without a CASE ID, I am unable to identify exactly what feedback the team has been providing you with. Generally, I have seen sellers put in one brand selling application and then get feedback from the review team if more information is required. Once rejected the team requests new or additional documentation on that same application. Continuing to reapply for the same brand on new cases may be the reason why you are receiving the auto-rejection notifications.
I did want to provide the a link for Amazon's Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements. Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the xoriginal manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
A letter of authorization can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations If you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
I also wanted to share our Seller University resource that addresses Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell.
Please carefully review all the feedback the team and sellers above have given you on your brand applications in order to continue moving forward in the application process. Let us know if you have any questions about any of the information provided above. Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
