Product Title Changed by Listing hijacker includes a competitor brand name, we are unable to change it.

Hello,

Someone changed our product title name on ASIN B0CV4NYDQL to include a different brand name. We are the sole owners of this brand and seller support said someone else has now claimed control to make any changes on this ASIN. We have talked multiple times with seller support and they have not been able to help.

Please help me with this matter.

Are you in Brand Registry? If so, why waste time with Seller Support?

If not, why not? That is the only way to get even minimal protection on Amazon from pirates.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.……
