When I go to sell something I get an error message as follows:

Our records indicate that you are not authorized to access this feature.
Return to your Seller Account
I have hit the "reactivate my account" button a hundred times and my acocunt is in "healthy" status.
Any advice? Thanks!

Since your deactivation was ten years ago, the violations will have fallen off the page as they stay showing for 180 days.
However, this does not remove the violation from the account. It just makes it really hard to appeal.
You will need to find the suspension email that you were sent to get additional information on why you were suspended.
