Once it is deactivated, it's next to impossible to get a new account, they will see it as a duplicate and never approve it.
The only way to get back selling on Amazon is fixing the original account. it isn't fair in some instances, but, it is what it is.

Hello @Seller_wsRQ3jxOx7mfU,
Thank you for posting about your account deactivation.

As mentioned by @Seller_LTNvvFJ2jqJOv, you are not allowed to operate a new account while your original store is deactivated as this is seen as a circumvention of the original policy violation. Any and all new accounts will be immediately eligible for deactivation in association with the original policy violation. The only path forward in this situation would be to address the original account issues you mentioned.
This is not allowed on amazon as stated this would violate our code of conduct - multiple accounts policy:
- You may only maintain one Seller Central account for each region in which you sell unless you have a legitimate business need to open a second account and all of your accounts are in good standing. If any of your accounts are not in good standing, we may deactivate all of your selling accounts until all accounts are in good standing.
Since the original account will need to be addressed in this scenario I will ask that you post your original deactivation notice from your original account. Once I have more information on your original issue, I can provide more guidance. If possible post your deactivation notice, related cases, or specific ASIN if involved.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
