Does anyone else get this message when trying to use amazon buy shipping through Ship station

Rate Error

Requested shipping service was not in the list of eligible shipping services returned by Amazon for this order. (Generic). (400, cc0889d9-b71e-4ac0-94a8-cd396c5e2fef)

We print all of our Amazon shipping directly thru amazon. The reason being Amazon handles all of the INR claims. To us, it's worth the extra few cents.

All sorts of issues with ShipStation just this week alone but today I had issues only with Amazon buy shipping for USPS anyway.

The error I INITIALLY received was -- The purchase request parameters are invalid, please call with the correct parameters or make another call to check eligible options (Bad Request, Carrier Error Code: InvalidInput). (400, 29e7455b-a9f2-417c-943e-80cd91af30dc)

Pretty sure Amazon is struggling to get the USPS Ground Advantage implemented and everything working properly. I was convinced this is an issue for Amazon to resolve. But ShipStation told me "We’re currently experiencing a site-wide issue." which they're of course working diligently to resolve. But neither party has posted about it on the respective pages designated for addressing KNOWN issues. Maybe we're experiencing different issues but I've been needing to vent somewhere all day. Some of our Amazon orders do now have USPS Ground Advantage as an available service but with incorrect pricing on products under 1 lb. It's all messed up.

Have you been encountering more frequent issues with ShipStation in recent weeks/months? Just curious.

We're seeing this issue too. I believe it is caused by a long existing problem where Amazon.com doesn't always take into account the settings in the sellers SellerCentral shipping template when showing estimated delivery times to buyers.

Where we see it are on longer shipments. We have one template where the only service we offer is UPS Ground, however Amazon Buy Shipping does not give us the option of UPS Ground because the delivery time does not meet the delivery estimate for the order. If Amazon.com took into account that only UPS Ground is available, it would have shown a different delivery time.

Incidentally, ShipStation does show that UPS Ground will arrive by the estimated delivery date, so the problem could also be that Buy Shipping isn't pulling UPS transit times correctly, but Amazon.com is.

We just ship orders like this one outside of Buy Shipping and risk the INR.
