I received a performance notification, and they have asked for a video verification.

I have been trying to get a video verification from Amazon for the past few days now. I kept on getting the message that Amazon

"Currently, associates are not available for the selected language, please choose a different language or come back later. Standard operation hours: 11:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday - Thursday Pacific Standard Time"

Is there anyone who can really help me out. I have not even received an email from amazon regarding the performance notification. I just noticed it when I have not received my payment on the regular scheduled.

Have you accessed the link during the operation hours? Have you received any other performance notification or case logs about the video verification?

I also urge you to ensure you are prepared for your video interview. Be prepared to submit supporting documents such as:

•Identity document - A government-issued photo identity document that is used to confirm one’s identity, such as a passport or national ID. This document must match the proof of identity information selected under Identity data.

•Additional document

1.Business Licenses: We require a document that proves that your business is valid, such as a business license or equivalent business document. This is a government issued statement displaying information on your business.

2.Proof of address: We collect a proof of address document, such as bank statement or credit card statement. A bank statement is an official document issued by your bank or other financial institution that summarizes your account activity over a certain period of time - typically one month.

3.Additional documents for legal and compliance obligations. Based on your business' physical location or the store(s) in which you operate, we may request additional documents and information about your business.

If there are other requested documents found within the performance notification you received, you will want to include those as well.

Your appointment has been cancelled. Please return at a later stage to set up an appointment to complete your verification.

It is not even allowing to make a video verification, and I have been stuck here for more than 11 days now. I was told there is a tab for instant video verification. Can any MODS really help me out.
