Amazon asking for CPC test for bassinet and craddle, but my product is a toddler bed not a bassinet or cradle

I'd like to sell a toddler bed, the picture is attached below.
My product has been stranded for a month after amazon asking me for a CPC certificate and some other analyses :
The problem is : my product is neither a bassinet nor a cradle.
Amazon also says that toddler beds are not supposed to be subject to these analyses, it is only for bassinet and cradles :

I am in the position where a lab told me that they can't do the analyses as it's neither a bassinet nor a cradle , amazon has clearly said that toddler beds are not concerned , but still asking for the documents.
I have already opened a case about it , and they still consider my product as a cradle or bassinet, but it is the one below :
Has anyone experienced the same thing ? Is there any way to prove amazon that my product is neither a bassinet nor a cradle ? Thank you !

that's a NOT a toddler bed or it better be 4 feet long. And then it's still not a toddler bed and this looks TOTALLY unsafe for a baby to sleep in.
This is called a Baby Nest (basically a co-sleeper bassinet) and Amazon has a category for that.
