What is the reasons of this message " Currently unavailable.

We don’t know when or if this item will be back in stock" !!!

in Manage Inventory it shows " Active" ! "Available : i have put the amount of quantity "

After listing i have got a message " Congratulations! Your product is now listed for sale on Amazon"

Please anybody knows the solution ? Thank you

After listing i have got a message " Congratulations! Your product is now listed for sale on Amazon"

Are you located outside the United States? If you are, that message will appear to you but the item and inventory should be appearing normally to buyers in the US. You'll need to enter a US zip code in the Select delivery location field in order to see it.

If you are in the US, it may simply be that everything hasn't flowed through to the servers yet and you just need to wait. How long ago did you create the listing? It sometimes happens within 15 minutes but we've also had listings take around 24 hours for all the information to display.

It is likely that you are looking at the product from a location that can't place an order or that it hasn't fully updated. However there could be something else happening. In order to investigate deeper I will need your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue so I can troubleshoot and see what it says on the back end. Once you provide your case ID I will be able to review in full.
