where do i change importer on record
I am struggling to figure out where to change the Importer of Record and Exporter of Record. The compliance department is saying that I can not claim Amazon. I don't think I ever did... but either way I need to change it and I can't figure out where to do that. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for reaching out with your questions regarding your Importer of Record and Exporter of Record. You must also directly make the arrangements for establishing the importer or exporter of record. Amazon cannot act in that capacity or make these arrangements for you. I would recommend that you review your documentation to ensure that you have a proper Exporter of record and importer of record. If you are unable to identify the appropriate documentation you may want to hire a logistics provider such as a customs broker or a freight forwarder if you have not already.
