Standard Shipping Transit Time Restriction
Hello,
Currently, my standard shipping time for international shipments (I always handle international shipping and don't use FBA) is set at 8-12 days. I would like to adjust this to a range of 8-13 days. However, changing default 14-28 days is beyond my control. Unfortunately, this extended timeframe is not something I can modify. Customers may be deterred from making a purchase due to this lengthy duration, which is not in line with the service I aim to provide. Is there any way to address this issue?

Thanks for the post. This page should provide some good guidance on the shipping templates: Manage Shipping Templates.
Within a shipping template, you can configure your transit time and shipping fees for both domestic and international deliveries.
