I got charge 43.99 usd even though I didn't start anything

I got charged $43.99 even though I didn’t sell anything in Amazon yet can everyone please tell me if you know why it was charged and also the way how can I get a refund of this money waiting your response.

This is email what i got

Greetings from Amazon Services. We have charged your credit card for $43.99in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance. Note that the amount charged to your credit card may be less than the total amount you owe due to a credit limit imposed by your bank. If that is the case, we will continue to charge your card as often as every 24 hours until the remaining balance in your Amazon seller account is paid in full.

Sounds like you signed up for the professional plan. You get charged regardless of if you sell anything or not. To stop the charges, you'll need to downgrade to an Individual plan. If you haven't used any of the professional services at all, you can request a one time refund from Amazon. I don't know exactly how to do that, you should be able to search the forums and find some information on that. If you have used any part of the professional plan in any way, though, you can't get a refund.

Sounds like you are signed up for a professional account.

It is charged $39.99 a month + it also sounds like you have other marketplaces other than US, CA & MX

you get charged if you sell anything or not.

You could downgrade to an individual account.

Then you will be only charged fees when you make a sale.

This plan includes access to other marketplaces like Mexico, and Canada. I would suggest vetting, based on volume and what makes sense to either keep the plan or downgrade to an individual plan.
