On November 15, my Amazon account encountered the third review of Amazon for the third time. The funny thing is that I have always sold the same brand of products. I provided the brand's invoices, logistics and payment records, and the FBA and sales order records were completely consistent. I passed twice before, but this time I failed. Then two months later, I received an email from Amazon for inventory review and fund review, so I replied to the email, and something even weirder happened. I received two inventory review email links, but when I clicked the link, it said that I was not eligible for video review. Brands that you COULD sell yesterday may be restricted today or next week. Amazon is a moving target to deal with.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?

So I said Amazon is confusing. When applying for an Amazon account, there are options listed, and you can engage in OA mode. I provided the source invoice, logistics and payment, and Amazon gave me the information that I need to verify whether it is genuine. But it doesn’t matter. I have given up the appeal, but the link Amazon sent me for the inventory appeal keeps showing that I am not eligible for video. There has been no response to the fund appeal for 2 weeks. When can I be video reviewed? I opened a case, but no one responded, so my money and goods were all swallowed up by Amazon?

Would you please share a screen grab of where on the application Amazon says you can engage in OA (Online Arbitration). It has been a discredited sales model on here for a few years now, as noted in dozens of posts by suspended sellers.

Unless you can prove authenticity with what Amazon considers valid supply chain documents, YES, they get to keep the items and the money.
Two things --
You say you have a case open so provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…
Then, also, if you are suspended already, find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Did you get a suspension notice? If so any MODS that see the case number are going to ask you to post the notice after removing personal information.

Yes, the account has been stopped, but the email showed that I can appeal for my funds and inventory. Amazon sent me an email telling me that I can appeal for inventory, but video verification is required. I clicked on Amazon to send me the inventory video verification link, but it showed that I I’m not qualified to make a video appeal.
