Brand approval application was rejected due to images
Dear Amazon Brand Registry Support Team,I have submitted a Brand Approval application three times, Case ID: 17428718401, 17432134111, 17434443891, and each time my application has been rejected for the following reason:"The product images you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or its packaging. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them. You can use your phone’s camera to capture clear pictures of your product or its packaging. Note that Amazon does not consider a mock-up or digitally altered image of the product or product packaging (e.g., the brand name or logo photo-shopped on the product or packaging) as valid proof of intellectual property ownership. Therefore, any product image provided during Brand Registry enrollment must be an unaltered, genuine image of the product or its packaging. If an application is submitted with a mock-up or digitally altered image, the brand may be subjected to additional scrutiny during enrollment, and in some cases removal from the program."
For each submission, I have provided different images (including ones with clear backgrounds, with and without hands holding the product, with and without packaging, taken from various angles) – all of which clearly show the full product and the brand name permanently affixed. These photos were taken with my mobile phone and have not been altered in any way.I understand that I need to reapply for brand approval, but I am seeking guidance on what changes I should make when uploading the product images to ensure that they meet Amazon’s requirements. Are there any specific factors or details I need to focus on to avoid further rejections?Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards, Alex

Hello @Seller_NaA2N7sLbkkpJ/Alex,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to provide some additional resources for you on Ensuring that the brand name is permanently affixed to your product or packaging.
Please review the Brand Registry application process help page and scroll down to the "Product image requirements," section and the 5th paragraph down states what is accepted as permanently affixed.
I am not on the Brand Registry enrollment team, but looking at the pictures you provided here, I agree with @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI that the label on the bowl looks ironed on. In addition, the label on the box looks like a sticker, it may just be the angle, but it looks raised a bit and not printed on the box.
I saw that you submitted another application just today with similar images so I am not sure those will pass either.
In addition to the help page, please review the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide section 3.5 Product information - product image also provides more detail on the image requirements when submitting.
On a more general Forums note, this is the Seller Forums and only Community Managers such as myself review these posts since the forums is designed to be a Seller Community. Brand registry support does not engage directly on posts, but they do partner with us (Community Managers) on Brand Registry Ask Amazon events that we host on the Forums, such as this last one:[Now Closed] Ask Amazon - GET ANSWERS on Brand Registry’s Trademark and Roles on February 27th
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
