APEX program doesn't work for Amazon 1P?
I have a utility patent and recently submitted an infringement claim through the APEX program, but it came back rejected because the ASIN is not being sold by a 3rd party seller buy rather by Amazon themselves!
Has anyone had this happen before? How am I supposed to get an ASIN removed when Amazon is the seller? I read through everything regarding the APEX program and nowhere does it state that it's only eligible for 3rd party sellers.
