How do I verify my bank account if I currently use payoneer to recieve payments? Its asking for a bank statement which im unable to provide from Payoneer , can anyone advise?

Well, you should know that Payoneer is not a bank, They are only a money broker not regulated by any international rules. Even iif you have a credit card thru them it is only a debit card.
If you live in the USA, go to a real B&M bank down the street. If you live in a foreign country, open a real bank account with an International Nank such as Barclays, UBS, or HSBC Then you will have success.

Could you explain why you can not provide a statement?
Payoneer is one of our approved PSP's in the Payment Service Provider program. They should be able to provide you with the documentation needed for verification.
