Can a Mod verify if this is accurate information about relabing products from Seller Support?

This is the response Amazon just gave me when I and another Rep discovered they have relabeling products wrong that we already labeled and NEVER asked Amazon to relabel. Mind you we are up to 3 products being relabeled by Amazon, wrong. Not only did a Amazon employee ruin 3 of our product labels, we have lost money, bad reviews (for receiving the wrong product) and all an Amazon rep says to us is too bad, fix it yourself. WTH.

Can a Mod verify is this is true, below?

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand that you are requesting bin check under FNSKU: to check if they are mislabeled.

Upon investigation, we found that one of the multiple shipment ID: FBA181RYXSXY that contains the FNSKU: are labeled by merchant and not by Amazon. Please be informed that our warehouse team has recently implemented a policy that says they can only be responsible for relabeling if the item stored in the fulfillment center is below 50 units and the item was labeled by Amazon. We are currently not accepting any fees for performing this action if there is no labeling error from Amazon's end.

Based on the report, there is an analysis performed by our FC Operations team. The majority of the buyer dissatisfaction and concerns are due to minor mistakes happening during the FNSKU flip process.

Due to this, our teams have stopped considering the FNSKU relabel requests. Let me inform you that flipping units from one FNSKU to another requires a lot of warehouse resources. The units need to be picked up from the original bin, taken out, and then relabeled to be placed in the new bin. This, in turn, may cause damage or loss to the units.

Also, this would be a time-consuming process and would require a lot of manpower. Hence, our FC operations team is not considering any further unit flips from any sellers. In this case, we suggest you to create a removal order for these units by following the below-provided steps.

To begin creating a removal order follow the steps we provided below:

1. On the Manage Inventory page, select the items you want to remove, and then select Create removal order from the Action on selected drop-down list.

2. On the Create removal order page, Select Return-to address to have your inventory returned to your designated recipient—for example, your own warehouse, the manufacturer, or a recycling center. Enter the address where you want the inventory shipped.

3. For Set order ID, Enter a custom order ID.

Tip: Save your removal order ID for tracking purposes.

4. Under Product details, you will see the details of the selected items. To add inventory to the list, enter a title, MSKU, ASIN, or FNSKU in the Search and add items text box at the bottom of the page and click Search. Select the products you want to remove, and click Add selected.

5. Under Fulfillable quantity for removal, enter the number of fulfillable units to remove. This quantity cannot be greater than the total quantity available for removal.

6. Under Unfulfillable quantity for removal, enter the number of unfulfillable units to remove. This quantity cannot be greater than the total quantity available for removal.

7. Under Fulfillable quantity and Unfulfillable quantity, review the total inventory, total inventory available for removal, and total inventory not available for removal.

Note: Under Total inventory not available for removal, click Legend to see the reason codes and a brief description of why inventory is not available for removal.

8. Check the product details to ensure the items listed are the ones you want removed. To change the items to be removed, click Add or Delete.

9. Click Review.

10. Review the order ID, method of removal, ship-to address, and the details of the selected items for removal.

11. Click Confirm to complete the removal order. If you decide not to complete the removal order, click Cancel order

Note: It can take 90 days or more for a removal order to process and the shipment to leave the fulfillment center. Once the carrier has picked up your removed inventory, they’ll contact your designated recipient to arrange delivery. If they can’t arrange delivery, an Amazon team member will contact you to help resolve the issue.
