I just started using the Buy Amazon Shipping option on Shipstation to protect my FBM OTDR. I do not want to have to rely solely on FBA, as they take a TON of money in fees!

The glitch of Amazon overcharging what USPS charges seems to have been fixed, however the shipping time is more than DOUBLE the time of USPS First Class Mail option on Shipstation. When I use the Buy Amazon Shipping Ground Advantage<1 lb, it says it will arrive in 8 days. It should not take 8 days for a package to go from Texas to Florida! If I had shipped my usual way (USPS First Class Mail), it would have taken 3 days to get there. What gives??

I want to provide the very best customer service, which includes getting packages to my customers as quickly as possible. Can someone please explain why it is taking so much longer than shipping it regular First Class Mail? Why do Buy Amazon Shipping at all if it takes so much longer to reach my customers?? Is the point to force customers to buy Prime??
