Hello, Forum Community!
I want to invite you to participate in a discussion about books that have helped you grow your businesses and be successful in the world of selling on Amazon. We all know that knowledge is key to success, and books can be a powerful tool to learn and grow as entrepreneurs.
I would love to hear your recommendations, but to start, I want to share a couple of books that I personally find valuable:
Eric Ries "The Lean Startup": This book helps you understand the importance of agility and iteration in the business development process. Learn how to validate ideas quickly and efficiently, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities for success.
Tim Ferriss "The 4-Hour Workweek": This book changes your perspective on work and lifestyle. It helps you focus on the tasks that really matter and automate processes to free up time and energy for what you are really passionate about.

I often read a few of the the new york times best sellers. "amazon seller forum mods don't actually fix problems", "amazon seller support ranting hotline and nothing else", "101 ways to be kicked off of amazon", and "how to successfully sell household brand name products under your own made up name on amazon".
It would be great if you mods actually followed up with people whom you said you'd try to help out with real problems instead of making these ridiculous post.
And if you'll literally don't have the power to do anything in 9/10 cases, just say so. You'll should know by now what tools and/or what problems you can fix and which ones you can't. No sense is giving false hope when in fact you'll do chime in.

IME mainstream retail, supply chains and finance have yet to catch up to online marketplace business models.
IME this is why I am in business. Traditional retailers and manufacturers are good at brick and mortar retail and making products but terrible at online sales.
Ecommerce happens at a speed and using systems that traditional commerce is just not equipped to be successful at.
So no books

Here's my list:
1. Competitive Strategy, Michael Porter
A classic, Business 101, must read if you're in business.
2. Profit First, Mike Michalowicz
Money management for small/micro businesses, using old school methods. Surprisingly amazing book.
3. Moneyball
It's not about baseball. It's about finding undervalued products.
4. The E-myth revisited, Michael Gerber
Set up your business so it will run without you.
5. The Success Equation, Michael Mauboussin
Does your business success come from Luck or Skill?

This is tone deaf at best; as 3P sellers we have significant systemic problems that need to be fixed and I would rather the mods actually address those than this fluff.
Actually make an effort to work on some major issues and then maybe we will be more receptive to this (fill in the blank).

One of the glaring failures of many AMAZON sellers is their obvious lack of real world customer faced experience that can only be found in brick and mortar small business retail as evidenced in their handling of feedback, reviews and returns and general lack of prospective concerning customer behavior. Books are a poor substitute for real world experience.
I would read Kipling's "IF"

I liked your post, although some of the sellers were critical of our efforts to engage with the community.

The Four Hour Workweek is a great book. I know it's been revised since I read it >15 years ago, but the change in perspective on thinking is more valuable than the tactical advice it gives (which will get dated over time.)
Do What Matters Most is a great book about percolating your vision down to tactical activities and plans that you can complete during the week, vs. being a thing on your New Years resolutions that doesn't get done over the year.
@Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY I expected to see exactly those books here. These are more general business recommendations; what you're describing falls under the category of Agile organizations / philosophy. It's a rabbit hole of its own but there's a lot of info out there about this as well.
