I am trying to reactivate my deactivated account, and I am caught in a loop

My account has been deactivated since 2012. I have sent several appeals to reactivate my account. I have included a copy of my identification, a copy of a credit card statement showing my name and address, and several letters of explanation and plans of action.

Each time, I receive the message, "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."

I have asked what information they need, but they will not tell me.

Is there someone from Amazon who can help me escalate this issue? I'd appreciate the help.

From other posts I've read, it appears the fact that my account has been deactivated for more than a decade means I won't get anywhere unless I am able to escalate this to Amazon outside of the usual process. I am hoping someone from Amazon who monitors these forums might be willing to help me.
