I am trying to reactivate my deactivated account, and I am caught in a loop
My account has been deactivated since 2012. I have sent several appeals to reactivate my account. I have included a copy of my identification, a copy of a credit card statement showing my name and address, and several letters of explanation and plans of action.
Each time, I receive the message, "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
I have asked what information they need, but they will not tell me.
Is there someone from Amazon who can help me escalate this issue? I'd appreciate the help.
