i have an issue with the delivery of my order for fba ! it been already couple month waiting for my status to be changed from delivered to check in !

i have an issue with the delivery of my order for fba ! it been already couple month waiting for my status to be changed from delivered to check in ! plese provide some information what i have to do ! thats been long way to open the acount and now longer wai for the shipment to be check in

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here. It can take some time for your items to go through the 'receiving' process. Unfortunately, there is not way to expedite this process but you should be able to check within your 'shipments' page and then 'contents' tab for that shipment if the shipment is available for investigation.

If you have not already, I'd recommend reaching out directly to Seller Support by following this link. The seller forums are not a direct path to Seller Support but rather a community of other Amazon sellers like yourself.

If you have already opened a case with support, please drop that below and I'd be happy to take a further look there and review any correspondence provided to this point.
