Yes. You should read through both the forums and the notices from amazon. They changed who pays for the overages when a customer puts returns in an oversized box. As you have found out, its you.

To elaborate on @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx's comment, when Amazon provides a customer with a prepaid return shipping label on your behalf through Amazon Buy Shipping, the carrier charges based on the information provided in the label. Carriers may charge or credit you after the package is shipped in the form of Carrier adjustments. These charges are caused by incorrect label information. These adjustments appear in the payment reports in your seller account, though not necessarily in the same settlement period as the original purchase. This help page provides additional information on reasons you may incur a carrier shipping correction charge for seller-fulfilled orders.
