Account inactivate due the wrong address on the account information
Hello,
My account is global, and I can sell in all countries where Amazon has stores except Europe.
My account on Amazon Europe is inactive because the company's address is out of date, and I cannot update the address because the account is inactive.
I contacted Seller Support, who told me they cannot update the address either. I cannot update the address because my account is inactive, and Seller Support cannot update the address either. I cannot verify the address to activate the account without the updated address.
So, how do I reactivate my account? I need them to update the address so I can send the proof.
Another question: If the account is global, why am I having all this difficulty resolving this problem in Europe when everything is fine and working on the other Amazon accounts?
