Re-Activation Issue Please Help ASAP

I have been making the verification over and over again. Even though I see "verified" on the business info, The account info page still shows inactive. I have been trying to get help from customer help but no useful outcome. Please help me re-activate my account!! it was paused due to inactivity. But now i have listings ready, but they all say unavailable because my account stuck at 'inactive' loop. Please help, I don't know what else to do.

I am wondering if you were able to resolve the "identity Verification" problem?

I am facing a similar situation: my account was suspended this morning, despite the fact that I have dutifully provided ALL of the information that Amazon has requested from me for the Canada identity verification.

I received an e-mail this morning stating the following:

"You have not provided additional information required to complete verification of your Amazon.ca selling account since your initial notice. As we previously notified you, Canadian laws require Amazon to collect and verify information about you and your business to allow you to use our service. For more details, please refer the About Amazon.ca seller identification requirements page and Information required to sell on Amazon page. To provide the required information, visit the “Identity information” link on the “Account information” page and follow the prompts."

Throughout the re-verification process, I have provided ALL of the information that Amazon has requested for verification.

Now my account is deactivated, and there are no links to provide any additional information to reactivate my account.

Were you able to find any Help from the Forums or from an Amazon representative to help you to resolve the Identity Verification problem?
