How do I withdraw my money?

In October 2024, my Amazon seller account was blocked, but my money remained in Amazon ($3000). 90 days have passed since the account was blocked and I have requested a withdrawal. In order to do this, I was asked to upload documents and then go through a video interview. At the appointed time, I came to the video interview and an Amazon employee said that 1 document that I uploaded in the previous step was wrong and I needed to replace it with a driver's license. I went back a step and saw that I couldn't delete the old document and upload a new one.
