I am a professional seller and Amazon will not call me or allow me to call them
I have spent hours trying to get Amazon seller support to help with an issue. Every time I try to use the feature to have them call me i get an "Internal failure Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again." or I setup a time for them to call me back and they never do. So I email support about the problem that I am getting with the error of me trying to call them and they say use the call back option. LOL and I tell them that they never call back even when we chose a time listed. I think they have blocked me because of an hour run around I had with them the other day that of course never got taken care of also. Does anyone have an option to reach them by phone?
