alguien me pordria ayudar, amazon desactivo mi cuenta por error en transaccion con tarjeta de credito para activar plan profesional, me pide recibos de agua, luz o gas pero no estan a mi nombre ya que es vivienda familiar, anexe los recibos y el documento de identidad de la persona titular de los recibos pero siempre me rechazan la apelacion, pido llamada de amazon pero me sale fallida.

If they are unable to accept any of your bills, would you happen to have a business license that you could provide? If you have one, then you can submit this as well for verification.
