BuyBox Gone
I've had an issue with a fraudulent claim for a while, and another claim was opened which raised my ODR to 2.38%. Due to the goodwill I've demonstrated on that claim, the impact of that was removed and my ODR fell back to 1.15%. It's such a low defect rate which won't even put my account at risk, and prior to the ODR rising up to 2.38%, I had all my BuyBoxes. They were naturally gone when my ODR was up to 2.38%, but now that it's back to 1.15% they should be back but they're not. The common excuse that it has to be below 1% doesn't apply, as I had all my BuyBoxes for weeks when it was 1.15% but they're gone now. At any rate, it's unfair for such a low ODR to disqualify me from having a BuyBox, especially that the claim in question is based on nothing but falsehood. Even if that fraud gets to keep my money (which seems to be the case), I should not be punished based on a claim built on lies. Please give me my BuyBoxes back.

Anything above 1% puts your account at risk, and when you had over 2%, you had over DOUBLE (200%) MORE defective orders than Amazon allows from their sellers.

@Lucre_Amznplease have a look, I've noticed that you've solved another user's query about fraudulent A-Z claims.

Hello @All_E ,
Thank you for contacting Amazon forums.
I see your forum has two different topics, the first one is about Featured Offered (former buy box) and the second one related to a fraudulent claim.
In regard to Featured Offered, our teams and Seller Support teams do not have influence to change how the Featured offer (buy box) is selected nor do we have additional insights on why you are not winning it.
Having a healthy account or good performance, offering the lowest price, being the only Seller, or even being the brand owner, does not guarantee you will win the Buy Box (or Featured Offer).
There are many factors that make up the buy box eligibility. Amazon does not guarantee the Featured Offer to any seller and the algorithm is confidential and proprietary.
To avoid such concerns, it would be advisable to review Amazon's recommendations/best practices, and ensure these are employed in day-to-day operations.
Refer to the Help Page: Featured Offer for further details.
On the other hand, if you consider you have a fraudulent AtoZ Claim, you need to appeal it. If the outcome of the appeal is not what you expected, you can share in this post the order ID, and we will be more than glad to review it.

Hi,
I'm well aware of Amazon's best practices, and apply them to my products. That is how I gained those buyboxes in the first place. As I've stated, ALL of my buyboxes have been gone and did not come back after my ODR fell back to 1.15%. If the additional 0.15% is the issue, why did I have my buyboxes before, back when I only had one A-Z claim? It doesn't make much sense.
As for the fraudulent claim, I've had the A-Z team "review" the claim about 6 times now. Each time, they resorted to replying me with an automated answer, providing no reason or a chance for me to prove my claim. You can proceed to warning them again, but I don't see how a 7th automated message will change anything. In any case, my ODR shouldn't even be 1.15% as this claim is based on nothing but lies. If you wish to investigate it further, the Order ID is 701-3073035-1460253. I am more than happy to demonstrate why the buyer's ridiculous claim that I made the label at home is false.

Thank you for sharing the details. I have reviewed the Order ID and the answer from the escalations team, and you will remain responsible for it, meaning that the ODR is correctly impacted. The reason why you continue responsible is that we cannot reverse our decision for this dispute because UPS denied accepting the pre-paid label approved by you, since you missed providing local return address, valid pre-paid return label or returnless refund within 48 hours of approving return request.

Hi Jurgen,
Thank you for finally providing me with an explanation. I will be contacting UPS about the label and attach their response to my next reply. It is my understanding that the buyer has not provided Amazon with written proof regarding UPS not accepting the label. He certainly did not provide us with anything. In that case, if I get proof which clearly states that the label is valid, the decision should be reversed. I'll be updating my response with the required evidence soon.
Thanks,
All-E

Hi Jurgen,
Please find the reply I got from UPS' fraud support department attached here. The buyer's claims that my label was invalid and hand-made is based on nothing but lies, and this is the proof of it. Please reverse the effect of this claim at once and give me my money back. I am more than happy to share the actual label here as well, anyone with a smartphone and the UPS app can see that the label is valid for themselves.
Regards,
All-E
