Thank you for your prompt response. Yes I have appealed multiple times after I to action and remove the violation in question with no success.
The initial claim stated that we used an image on our A+ content which we remove completely and then submit for an appeal. The appeal got denied and no further reason was provided.
Below you can see the actual claim which was corrected
------
Rights owner communication: I am reporting the direct copyright infringement of my listing text by Amazon Brand VuseOne, who has pirated my Artwork, copying it 100% without my consent, I request that Amazon remove ASIN B0CNKT3LDG, as its product illegally uses my copyright. You can see that their second and third images of the A+ are using the main image of our product, even the leaf is 100% the same as ours. And our release date is 9/22/2023, but Vuseone's release date is 11/17/2023, and started sale at 58 days ago. Besides, we can provide the Psd file of our images if you need.

Also Im pretty sure your are going to ask me if I submitted proof that I took corrective action. Let me answer that in advance.
When you are submitting for an appeal the only 2 options you get is to check 3 boxes that you are aware and you certify that you took action and the other option is to send a counter-notice DMCA.
There is no place or option to attach or submit any type of documentation at all.

Hi @Seller_3jqHfHJXemzGA,
Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a copyright issue. As @Webb_Amazon has stated, you would need to submit a DMCA to address this issue. If you have already done so, please note that it can take up to 10 business days to received a resolution to this documentation after our team has processed it. You can find further information about this process within the help page provided in @Webb_Amazon's reply.
If the DMCA has been submitted, you may have received a notification stating the listing cannot be reactivated at this time. This would essentially be due to the ten business day period still in progress. We would need to wait for that time frame to elapse prior to taking further action here.
If you have taken action other than the DMCA, please share a bit more about what you submitted and why the DMCA was not submitted. Also, if you have received a resolution, please share the outcome and any communication you may have received.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy

I dont honestly know what else I can do, I even changed everything in the listing, from the images to the description but still is getting denied.

Hello @Seller_3jqHfHJXemzGA
Thank you for continuing to provide updates to this thread. Sorry that it's been a while since the last reply from an Amazon Seller forum moderator.
Please can you look into it so I can submit proof or something like that.
After your submission of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) appeal, the complaining party has up to 10 business days from their receipt. At this point, this time should have already passed.
Did you receive any notification of the reinstatement request decision?
Please feel free to share that notification so we can further assist.
Regards,
Saeid
