Amazon Is Disgusting and Does not care about US sellers and small bussiness
I have been here for about 6 months, I spent countless hours searching, studying amazon policies. I made sure that I vet my suppliers that meet basic criteria of having verifiable supply chain and legitmiate products. Seller support is based in India, these associates DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FORRRR....WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP SUBMITTING THE SAME THING AND GET A COOKIE CUTTER RESPONSE. DO SOMETHING REAL FOR AMAZON SELLERS.
What is so deceptive and illegal about supply chain invoice that has all of the criteria that Amazon is looking for ? These allegations are big and should be removed when I am supplying all of the documents that are unaltered, orginal and authentic. I even have a customer review for the ASIN in question with a 5 star rating....so why does Amazon target US small business owners. There are so many foreign entities that are selling counterfeit products and they never get shutdown....this is BEYOND INSANE !!!!
SO MUCH HARD WORK, COUNTLESS NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS JUST GONE BECAUSE SOMEONE DOES NOT WANT TO REACH OUT TO SUPPLIER TO VERFIY THE INFORMATION.

Where you buy NIKE shoes, counterfeits made in China, that fall apart after three months.....
People do like Amazon because they know that they get genuine brands from authorized sellers in the genuine high standard quality. That the products they buy for their babys are 100% safe and tested. That the Vanilla from Madagascar is REALLY coming from Madagascar. Where the customer can see the name and the address of the seller.
And, in your case, the supply chain is not complet if you do not have a "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner.

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC notes you can vet all the suppliers on the planet but if you miss the first and most important step everything you did was a waste of time.
For any rookies out there reading this just be sure to follow the requirements for the new, improved Amazon.
RULE #1
Have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here.
I don't see ANY mention that you have/had any LOAs from any brands.
Rule #2
Source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
Since you don't appear to have an LOA you most likely never REALLY vetted those suppliers with the BRAND, did you.
RULE #3
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!
