Any way to avoid invaid tracking with freight compnaies that ar not Amazon-integrated ?
We sell furniture and we use some freight companies that are not Amazon-integrated.
We have a good relationship and competitive rates with those companies so we like to keep using them.
Does Amazon accept the tracking numbers if we get suspended due to Valid Tracking Rate but we can show they are good tracking numbers on the freight companies' websites ?

No. You must use carriers officially recognized by Amazon.

Hello @Seller_s5pV2EmhscIWP

Thank you for the information provided regarding your valid tracking rate. I understand that you are utilizing a carrier that is not Amazon-integrated. This will negatively impact your VTR so we do recommending ensuring that you are utilizing a carrier associated to Amazon. You can find a list of carriers that handle heavy and bulk shipments on this page here.
Utilizing a non-integrated carrier can result in invalid tracking and make it difficult to maintain a healthy VTR. You can attempt to provide the tracking information, but we cannot guarantee that it will be considered valid.
For any new details or updates you would like to share, we do ask that you provide that information to this thread.
Best,
Atlas
