Closing Amazon Business issues
I have not been able to deactivate the Amazn Business B2B from my Professional seller account for months - I cannot downgrade to the Individual Platform either because of this.
I have so many tickets asking for help and they keep closing them, not one person has been able to help me and I'm getting charged for the Professional Seller fees.
I just want my Amazon Seller account closed now permanently - this is very disappointing and I feel like I'm being robbed now
